DURIMEL & BANGOU provides advice to its clients in matters of mediation, transactions and in criminal litigation.
The Firm assists its clients during open hearings, custody and during interrogations, and represents the interests of defendants in the Correctional Court, and before the Assize Courts.
Victims are also provided with accurate advice and legal assistance in criminal jurisdictions.
To obtain speed compensation for victims, the Firm submits applications to different compensation funds while criminal proceedings are taking place.
CRIMINAL BUSINESS LAW
The Firm raises awareness among companies, their managers and public decision-makers of criminal risk, and provides advice on criminal business law and public criminal law, in order to prevent potential lawsuits.
At the enquiry stage, the Firm also appears before the fraud squad and the public financial Prosecutor ; and at the investigation stage, before the examining magistrate and the examining Chamber.
Finally, the Firm also assists clients before the Correctional Court, represents them for offenses linked to business dealings (money laundering, misuse of company assets, breach of trust, bankruptcy, corruption, forgery and use of forged documents, fraud, etc.)

REAL ESTATE LAW

It also advises and assists asset managers, condominiums, their trustees and trade unions, or construction companies, in preparing and drafting construction contracts, international contracts, PPP, PUP, as well as for the termination of civil and commercial leases.

The Firm counsels clients who wish to file a divorce petition based on mutual consent, and who agree on the amount of the alimony that have to be paid.
