Me Harry J.DURIMEL
Harry J.DURIMEL holds a French Post Graduate Diploma/DEA in International Relations and comparative politics, and is the head of the public, environmental and criminal law department.
Before setting up the Firm in 1994, he occupied the position of Chief City Clerk, where he developed a personal network among public and political partners and decision-makers.
Within the DURIMEL & BANGOU Law Firm, he advises clients and leads litigation in administrative law, public procurements, environmental and rural law.
Harry J. DURIMEL also advises companies on criminal liability, and pleads before both French Correctional and Assize Courts.
He has been an elected representative at the regional, municipal and community levels, and is also a founding member of the « OXYGENE », « SOS ENVIRONNEMENT », « Latilyé Bâtonnier Félix RODES » and « REV- Guadeloupe » associations.
Me Tania BANGOU
Tania BANGOU is a former premier secretary of the Advocates Conference - « Conférence du stage », and member of the Guadeloupe Bar Association. She holds a DEA in public economic law and a diploma in comparative law.
After joining the Firm as associate in 2002, Tania BANGOU became a partner, and founded the SELARL DURIMEL & BANGOU law Firm in 2012, where she assumed leadership in civil and commercial law.
She handles cases in family law, individual’s rights, property law, legacy and enforcement procedures.
She also gives strategic advice on complex business law, trade law, competition law, and labour law matters, and develops the commercial law and real estate transactions department.
Tania BANGOU is designated as inheritance Attorney, is a member of the Association of Real Estate Attorneys - Association des Avocats Mandataires en Transactions Immobilières (AAMTI), and provides free legal consultation for community groups, as part of the pro bono activity of the Firm.

Me Sandra DIVIALLE-GELAS
Sandra DIVIALLE-GELAS is a lecturer in family law and individual’s rights at the Université des Antilles-Guyane.
Sandra DIVIALLE-GELAS joined the Firm in 2014 as associate. She holds a diploma in Anglo-American law and criminology, a Master’s degree in criminal science, and an LLM in European law.
Before joining DURIMEL & BANGOU, she worked as a scientific collaborator in European criminal business law at the University of Luxembourg, then as a Legal Officer at the International Criminal Court.
Specialised in international criminal and business law, Sandra DIVIALLE-GELAS also handles environmental and rural law cases.
She also advises clients on complex contract law, civil and professional liability law, as well as on family and succession law issues.
In parallel, Sandra DIVIALLE-GELAS works at Lexis Nexis since 2012 as a criminal and international law analyst. She is a member of Amnesty International, a board member of the « LATILYÉ Bâtonnier Félix RODES » Association and Vice President of the Union of Young Lawyers of Guadeloupe, Saint Martin and Saint-Barthélemy.

Véronique PRUDENTE
Véronique PRUDENTE joined the Firm in 1994, as secretary.
She manages the switchboard and the reception desk, and oversees daily schedules, appointments, complaints and supplies.
She keeps the planning calendars and ensures that fees and honorarium are duly paid.
